Tracy, for all of us here, would you please interpret what the last part of the 10-k means where Brett Gross says that he has been appointed as an "attorney-in-fact" for all the board members and for the VP of finance? I know you said this was not a power of attorney, but I have never encountered this phrase when it did not refer to a POA. Since this is an electronic form, I assume that all signatures referred to are in the office?
