There is only one ego involved here...that of Brett Gross.  JB didn't initiate a lawsuit, or two lawsuits.  It was Brett Gross.  It wasn't JB that was neglecting his duties...it was Brett Gross that wouldn't allow him to participate as a board member.  Let's not create a moral equivalency here by assuming equal guilt by all parties.
