On a more positive note, Mr. Briscoe indicates that he can achieve 10's of millions of dollars of funding immediately if only the impediments of the lawsuits can be eliminated. And obviously, if Mr. Briscoe is to bring funding into the Liberty Star he can no longer be excluded from the company- and needs to be reinstated. This is really what we have been waiting for all these years! We can't turn our backs on these opportunites because of BG's obstruction. And at the same time we should not ignore any offers BG has engineered. Why should we? For the first time- it seems that our poor Liberty Star is being literally inundated with an embarrassment of offers. As well it should be- finally. We should not turn our back on any of them- to the advantage of us all. KRM lamented how we are descending into squabbling and interminable lawsuits that potentially could tie up things for years with all being lost. He is correct. Many an otherwise promising company has foundered on just such shoals- with success literally just yards away. So I would ask that our leaders which are Jim Briscoe- and at least for now- Brett Gross- come to terms regarding all these allegations- and get rid of all the impediments- for the good of the company and we shareholders so that we can consider ALL the potential offers and secure at least one and finally- finally - begin moving forward with . . .DRILLING.
