Ok, surely there is a process to make changes? Can't the rest of BOD's call an emergency board meeting and vote out CEO? Name new CEO? Make LBSR lawsuits against JB go away? Don't these same BOD also own stock and want to see a return on their investment in their lifetime? Just so frustrating to say the least!
