Combining Classic Mineral Exploration with State of the Art Technology
In response to allegations that AZ took 5 years to approve land claims, I looked back into the history of LBSR's Nrs.

NR 203 – Liberty Star’s Hay Mountain Project Plan of Operation Approved by Arizona State Land Department

We are finished with the permitting process and have the lands we need to start.

Liberty Star Adds Land to almost Double Hay Mountain Holdings including a Carlin Style Gold Component & Pays Hay Mountain Federal Claim Fees for 2018 – 2019
There was no point in talking about it until we had the MEPs which took 5 long years and significant amounts of money. As of last week, the land is ours and we can begin exploration when funding is available.” [Jim Briscoe]

I assume JB is referring to Mining Environmental Protocol Assessment – MEP's.
Why in the previous NR's and Director updates was their no mention of the MEP's?
When the Oct. 2018 notice came out, there was the insinuation that the 9 sq. miles of land just became available., that is was previously held. Can't blame AZ if that was the case.
But it does fault JB's management. Was he willing to wait indefinitely to acquire that land?
