Agreed, there are two sides to every story with the truth somewhere in the middle. Although, sometimes the truth cant even be found amongst two personal views. But, assuming the letter is from JB (no reason to believe it is not), I would tend to believe JB and the letter. Call it bias, but there are plenty of reasons to be biased:

JB never lied or misled us, as far as I can tell

JB was always open and ready to answer any questions, no matter how redundant

JB put most of his life into HM, he is looking for more than a monetary result (although its definitely a factor).

JB's sudden ouster and BG's sudden grab of the throne, without evidence, seems to support what JB says. JB's silence this past year or so as well. (I found it hard to believe he would just ride off into the sunset leaving behind a life worth of work. My initial thoughts were he was ill, or this whole thing was a scam, but eventually pices fell together and now we are on the brink of truth)

On the other hand we have BG:

BG grabbed power in what SEEMS to be an illegal coup.

BG is not open, very secretive, and rarely addresses any questions or concerns. When he does, he skirts around the issue, almost never answering what was asked.

BG has worked for several companies and corps who have been plagued by lawsuits, SEC violations, fraud, and government interventions. (Not saying he is responsible for any of it but when an individual seems to commonly be associated with the same scenarios...well...birds of a feather).

Im not sure why the SEC hasnt already gotten involved if these allegations are true (which I personally am inclined to believe they are). It seems BG may have set himself up for failure (pride does come before a fall) but worse he may have set us up for faillure. I am ok with losing my investment on a dry well but to lose it because of narcissistic power grab is another story. So what can be done if what has been said is true? What a mess. Maybe a new episode of "American Greed" coming soon.
