I certainly agree that getting these suites out-of-the-way is needed, and the sooner the better.  Any "power" struggles to remain after that can continue behind the scenes.  I will note, however, that if what JB claims about non-disclosure of these suites to the SEC is true, SEC may be stepping into this at some point.  If so, that may also have some influence on the claim that JB was illegally ousted, albeit indirectly.
