Excellent question, and I would also love to know the answer to this.  There could be legalities involved, or it could be that they really did sell their souls, so to speak, to BG.  Anything is pure speculation at this point, so I won't go too far with it, but the silence does seem deafening.

Also noteworthy...no response as of yet from management.  I suspect I know the reason, but hesitate to say it on a public forum such as this without more information.  Perhaps they are merely taking the time to craft a detailed response, though, so I will wait to see if that is the case.
