I do get that, Willy, and agree with you.  I would just think that they would like to clear the air on whether they have still have any relevance and still act in shareholder interest.  I think at this point many if not most of us have no confidence in anyone on the board or in management.  In such circumstances, I think it would be helpful to hear from the board.
