HKipp, you have mentioned a lawsuit here. 

Why is that okay and why is he blocking them with a lawsuit?

Can you produce the court docket for this suit?

Perhaps it is more of a threatening of a suit.

This I would understand in view of the Sept. 2019 10-Q.
