On the power of attorney issue, I believe that has been adequately proven to have taken place based on well-laid-out points by others in previous posts, combined with the information from JB's letter.  I don't really see a need to rehash all of those posts.  People can find them and read them again for themselves.

On the lawsuit issue, at this point in time it is based both on JB's letter and on BG's refusal to comment at all on it.  As someone else asked in another post, I would love to see a public record of this to confirm it.  I have done an internet search looking looking for a court docket but since I don't know what court, or even what type of court (state or federal), I have not yet found information. 

In both cases, I did use the word "appears" so as to denote the way it appears to be based as well on who I perceive to be more credible.  I don't submit either point yet to be absolute fact.  Additional facts could change things, and I would welcome additional facts from either side.
