At this moment there are thoughts to issue thru US Federal budget massive bailouts to every American citazen.  As consumers are the best source to float the economy and rather than going to the producers better to goto the consumers/buyers to light the fire.  This option is on the table. Will they give it a go?  If they do it would likely have other fiat Governments around the Globe following suit.  Will it happen, i do not know!  But i do know it is up in the air right now!
