Adding another element to the oil story, OPEC looks to be falling apart (if it is not already dead).  The market is adjusting to that change.  I don't believe that there has ever been anything like OPEC in the copper supply chain. 

By the way, cheaper energy means lower production costs for miners.  Another way of saying that is higher profits, something that should draw more investors, should it not?  If not now, certainly when prices begin to recover.
