Platinum Group Elements (PGEs) have been consistently higher in recent days, while copper, gold, silver have been all over the place, though maybe trending higher.  As PGEs can be leading indicators for industrial activity, I think this bodes well for a near-term recovery in economic activity.  Having said that, PGEs can also be an indicator of increasing military spending, so it may be a mixed blessing.  Watch Dr. Copper for follow-through.
