Aside from your profanity directed towards me, which I did report, you clearly don't understand my post.

1) I made clear that I am not insisting that JB be brought back as CEO, only that it would be my preference.  Why does that anger you so much?  It is almost as though it was a personal attack on you.  Interesting.

2) You seem awfully intent on us measly shareholders knowing our place and not questioning our betters.  We don't have a say in anything and that's that, and that's how it should be, or so you would have us think.  It may or may not be true that financial considerations are the reason for not holding elections, but as shareholders we have a right to have that issue addressed instead of ignored.  If cost is the reason, then they should explain that to us.  Posting it here or on their website doesn't cost anything, now does it?
