Your assertion or assumption was as to why the deal in question was never concluded. And not grounded in truth. 

Actually I do agree with you. Not that the truth lies somewhere in the middle, but, rather that there are usually two stories about any such event. But in this case one is likely true and the other not. I'm sure JB would be more than happy to relate what happened on this occasion. Would BG be willing to do the same? I challenge him to do so. He knows what we're talking about since he undoubtedly read the original post before he asked that it be deleted. In fact, I'd like to hear it. But my guess is- we won't.
