Well said.  It would be nice if the two enemies would bury the "hatchet", and move forward.  Hay Mountain according to the  geological work which has been 43-101 approved via the Canadian regulations with their exchange boards, plural.  So HM and Briscoe are clearly the assets here, LBSR is the vehicle and the vehicle is presently out of petrol.  Sadly in the mining sector my life expierences have been and seen many conflicts internal with hard working Jurnior mining companies.  Some of them have buried the "hatchet" and got on with living or rather "WALKING the WALK" that a Jr. miner should be walking. 

May it suggest that JB and BG should both compromise the issues with a MEDIEATOR, not on BG's term or JB's terms.  Get it all hashed out on a best efforts of both Parties and move LBSR to the front of the line where LBSR truly belongs.  This stalling is too trashy!
