The only reason I posted that link was to remind people that politics remains a fact of life, that no matter how critical our needs become for copper, uranium, etc., the Pebble Deposit (along with the balance of the Big Chunk caldera) and the mineral-laden "pipes" of the Colorado Plateau will remain high priority locations for the antimining establishment - adding years and years of legal blocks to efforts toward development.
