In a way, you are correct- that JB might have benefitted from wise counsel- who would have undoubtedly advised him to dump BG at several points along the way. I would believe that JB probably regrets that he was too forgiving and didn't fire him for cause on several occasions, in particular following an important deal that would have incredibly benefitted shareholder and which it seems BG may have undone, the particulars of which I guess I'm not supposed to mention. If that deal would have been consummated- we would not be "diluted". We would be rich.
