The decision is a relatively minor one.  It limits "disgorgement" to profits.  Logically, one can not disgorge more than 100 percent of anything.  Meanwhile, this has nothing to do with fines, penalties and damages, which in many cases can hurt a heck of a lot worse than disgorgement - another matter entirely.  Also, this has no effect on possible prison terms.
