Confidentiality agreements are relatively meaningless in this industry.  They don't require anything of the other party, not even an obligation to look at the subject data or property.  Often, too, interested parties use the information they look at to help them understand OTHER PROPERTIES that hold their interest (being that the local geology is often the regional geology).

BGs continuing focus on "international miners" is misplaced and damaging to the company in the long run.  As most explorers in North American are not international in their focus, this means that possibly scores of potential partners are being ignored.  Why?  Who does it serve but BG, who may be looking for a seat of the board of directors of a major producer?  That would be laughable self-importance to a major producer, would it not?

Besides, this approach goes against standard operating procedure in the exploration industry.  Explorers typically do not bring in major producers as partners until drilling has been done by others

It is past time for replacing BG with an experienced successful business person.  How did he get where he is anyway?  He was not even elected to his position.

Speaking of elections, Peter O. for CEO!  Dump Mr. BIG!
