It looks to me like an act of desperation by a company overly eager to put out anything looking like progress.  ...and so wordy as compared to others.  Many companies don't even bother to report having confidentiality agreements. 

At least IHub was not used, or not used exclusively for this release.  That's progress of a sort, maybe.
