Look, I really like JB. Have met him multiple times and think he's an exploration genius. But we've been issued hundreds of such PRs over the years with little to show for it. 

I mean, I won't even get into the fact that I and others engaged in a private placement in 2017 on the premise that funds would be used to jumpstart drilling - the opportunity to enter at those prices was diminishing! - only to find out later that we were - apparently - waiting on the rest of the land package that didn't come through till last year!

And don't get me started on the issuance of massive options to himself in conjunction with the Big Chunk fiasco that triggered the ratchet clause from our vulture lenders. Frankly, we were fortunate to only have to issue 400 million shares to those guys. But when you magnify that dilution over the years with continued (similar, though less toxic) financing deals, that's why we have 5B shares outstanding and look at a share price of a PENNY as a gift from heaven.   

Personally, I think JB should have all his backpay given to him in the form of equity upon a financing deal for drilling that proves Hay Mountain is what we all hope it is. That should make him very, very well-off. I'd even vote to give him back his options. But the views expressed from behind rose coloured glasses lately is so, so annoying.
