O.k, we finally have a "solidified" position.  I did not know that we were on unstable ground.  But our position still remains precarious in terms of access restrictions over private property.   

I hear that BG alienated a key landowner who refuses to speak further with him.  ...just hearsay, mind you, but this remains an open issue UNTIL BG (or his replacement) TELLS US IT ISN'T.
