H Kipp:  One thing that i really like is that BG does follow JBs footsteps here.  The idea was JBs as noted and at the very least BG admits to the guidance from JBs former guiding hand.  It may be humble but it is/was a very important tactacial step for the proper and full access and usage of the valuable lands surrounding Hay Mountain.  Also somewhat of a healthey choice on the part of BG!

So for me it is a STEP UP on the part of BG to the acknowledgement of JBs leadership and decision making.  BOY oh BOY would i ever hope that BG and JB could bury the "dead cat",, and clear the deck, move on albiet in a permanent "TRUCE" for the sake of LBSR and not for the sake of who can "piss" the highest on the wall! 

We already know JB can piss the highest, so lets leave it at that.......
