Having opinions / critique should not be viewed as "working against".  There's way too much of that binary, either/or, thinking going on in society these days.

It's possible that a holder of tens of millions of shares who has an opinion you don't share is actually motivated by their own (as well as the company's congruent) best interests, is it not?
