I asked BG directly here.  He replied that the answer would be in the next 10-Q.  Of course, it was not.  So I asked again here though Tracy, twice I think - no reply.  

Dr. Wilson has something to do with the company, but we don't know what.  He seemingly has done some services, but we don't the full extent of it, nor how he is being paid if paid at all.  Shhhh, it's a secret.  ...could cause shareholders to be outraged.

By the way, does not his analysis require a signature to be acceptable by international standards?  I don't see one.  Maybe that is being withheld too.
