As things stand now, there is no access available for heavy machinery.  We can not mine by helicopter.  Who will enter a partnership with us without access being confirmed?  As I recall the story, BG infuriated a key private property owner (who is retired and does not need the money) and got kicked off the property we need, swearing not to talk with him again.  That's another question I posted to BG here some months ago, one that also went unanswered.
