Great idea!- Yeah- lets do it!- One minor detail- do you have the funds to do it? Yes- "if we have what we think we have, the rest will take care of itself." Of course. But first we have to drill. And to drill we need the funds. And that, of course has been the whole conundrum. Can BG get the funds? I guess there are some here who buy his story and believe so. But there are many, many problems with what he and his cronies have been doing- most of which have been innumerated here already- but appararently- some of the most egregious- not. At the same time he has attempted to obstruct JB's efforts to secure funding- for one- by (probably illegally) kicking him off the board and by attacking him with otherwise pointless lawsuits.

As for the specific question of access- it is but one more example of BG's botched management. As VP has suggested- and as I understand- JB had long cultivated a very good relationship with this neighboring gentleman. But within essentially 5 minutes of BG getting involved with him- he apparently so enraged and aggravated him with his high handed and obnoxious approach (hard to believe) that he swore never to have anything to do with Liberty Star ever again. But yes- it may be possible that JB might be able to undue the damage.
