No my conclusion is that balance is healthy,

We never had balance here untill JB got fired. All the same people that supported JB even when he made crazy statements cost the company millions of dollars lied about PP money to be used for drilling. Than when someone would question what JB was doing they would get shot down. There was  no balance here.

It is like people work for JB and he got let go and they are mad because they are not getting paid anymore. Not saying that is what really happen it's just things  don't make sense to me.
