Do you really believe there is a deal, ready to go- just hinging on that site visit? And as soon as it happens- we are all set? That's all that's holding things up? If that were so- also pathetic if our "creative businessman" leader can't figure out a work around and get us moving. (Things like- advances until a visit, withdrawal clauses, virtual visits, contingency clauses- just to name a few possiblities in case a hint is needed.)
