So, you are setting the stage to deny your responsibility and that of BG by making JB principally responsible for a pending failure of the company?  That's very adult of you, especially given that you and BG spend at most a couple of hours a week looking after LBSR. 

But, hey, we've not Quartz Ridge and Robber's Roost now.  So what's the worry?
