If one had connections in South America(?), would'nt it be convienent to have connections in South America and your FRIENDS just happened to be in the MARKET/MKT for a Super Project in a very FRIENDLY environment that is suspect of being a very LARGE SCALE project?  Would it not be convient if you got your best friends into that project, by hook or by crook,question?
