Well my point of view is the the First failure "is the one"  being that He is the author of LBSR.  BG looks like a raiding PIRATE for sure 100%.  To me the question is will the predecessor of LBSR bring this extensive claimset to fruition.  Things have gone down hill here with the things which He has orchastrated against us,the claims, the very petty lawsuits and the very serious baiting of the LBSR to get all worked up based on the work already created by,,,,,,,JB!  TThese actions are mornic and the aggressor should resign..
