Whatever. Its apparent that you don't believe the new study was warranted. This may or may not be true. Everything done under Briscoe was good enough and everything done by this CEO is/was unnecessary. This to may be true or not. Bottom line is it's done and the current management believes it will move LBSR closer to a drilling partner....also this remains to be seen.

Do you really think that they are gonna tell us what "other impediments" we have to making a deal? Furthermore, we are talking millions of dollars for some type of partnership deal. My understanding of the pending lawsuits are they are chump change suits that would be settled up well before the deal was signed if that was stopping anyone.

I would agree we (stockholders) deserve a clear and concise update as to where we are at will negotiations and how many possible companies are talking with us . I'm thinking if we don't have a signed deal before the election ...we may never get one.

I think we are all frustrated with what has gone down the last 4-5 years but especially with Briscoe being basically thrown out as CEO. 

I'm not getting any younger and was hopeful this would have taken off by now. But realistically, it's my version of betting $15000 on red and letting it ride....you know it could happen!
