Yes, she did so that.  But without an emphatic simple statement, I can only accept such replies as more BG legalese to avoid a real answer. 

On another matter here is a question for anyone.  As of June 30 of this year, Brett and Pete became 10 percent owners of LBSR.  How did that happen?  What did they do to earn it?  Did all board members knowingly approve this?

If Hay Mountain proves to hold a trillion dollars in ore, each of these persons conceivably could be worth a hundred billion dollars.  Man, that kind of possibility might even corrupt me!  Wow!  I must be misunderstanding something.  Can anyone correct me?
