Partners? Stinkin' partners?  The implication was that with multiple CA's partnerships were virtually around the corner. But, unfortunately, the lack of progress- and by that  I mean to conclusion, enabling an NR- places this in doubt. 
If there were 0 to one partner, we would be hearing nothing- either because there was nothing to report or because the lone potential partner would be in no rush- likely sitting back, waiting for things to fall apart and pick up the pieces. 
However, if there were really multiple entities who were actually interested, there would be an incentive to act before the others could jump in. It's why some have been especially hopeful when multiple CAs were announced. But to beat the competition requires quick action. 
And since we have heard nothing, unfortunately,  it follows that it is unlikely that there is hot competition for our favors.

Again- we need to hear from our "Master Businessman" to find out where we really stand. So far- silence.
