Not to denigrate anyone's point of view: I'm open to the possibility(ies): Slow and steady wins the race, or perhaps in the current frenzy of deals we are more than the lowest hanging fruit . . . . .  maybe VP's question will be answered directly. Maybe the size of the project dictates the time spent in structuring it. Maybe I can dwell on the unknown as unknown, and not necessarily "bad".
