Any prospective partner will, at this point, hold off until seeing the results of the election.  I agree with you on that point.  Perhaps it has been that way for the last few months.  That is definitely something to consider.  I think BG is HORRIBLE, but it is only fair to point out that an uncertain election might hold off any final deals when the alternative is so anti-mining and anti-business.
