Although this gives lie to idea that the BODs were advancing money to LBSR out of the goodness of their heart- with no specific repayment obligation- these advanced funds have now apparently been converted into shares- undoubtedly the "super shares" in question- if I understand all this correctly. How nice of them to grant these to themselves- all without any shareholder input or approval.

Nonetheless- in a way- I see this as positive. More of their skin in the game the better. Hopefully in their own interest they will find their way to a funding deal (and not just sell for a profit with a modest and spuriously provoked rise in PPS). Hopefully they have the competence to do so and don't bungle it away- holding out for what they see as the "big deal". It's clearly out of our hands- with them in control and not caring a whit as to what we "regular" shareholders think. We are simply along for the ride. Hopefully everyone has their seat belts on. And, although they never passed their drivers test, hopefully they will stay on the road and get us to our destination. (A lot of "hopefully's")
