This can't go on forever.  Maybe he will wise-up soon and seek a drilling deal with a junior miner as do other exploration-phase companies in this sector.  "International miners" want others to do the hard work first.  All else results is just being strung along, because no one in this sector ever says no.   

While it might take longer to build an empire by first partnering with a junior ON THE FIRST PROJECT, success there is what captures the attention of the majors to finish off that program.  With success, it then allows them to be first in line to take on the wider contiguous holdings to drill and develop other projects, as partners or take-out orchestrators.  But it starts with other juniors.
