Where I have questions is in what these multiple lawsuits are costing us, the likely unneeded fees for persons I consider second-tier consultants, "head-scratcher" acquisitions like Quartz Ridge & Robbers Roost, gifts/awards of shares, and a seeming lack of accountability while we sustain an unelected part-time CEO. As to our CEO, I consider him grossly unqualified by multiple counts. If I do, what must our potential partners think?
