I said I while back that I had a gut feeling that they (really everyone involved) was trying to structure this to take it all.  I think a lawyer ego thinks one can figure this out to take it all.   I will guarantee 1 lawyer is not smarter than the sec lawyers and even as it sits now if they went over some of these actions with a fine tooth comb it would be interesting. bet they may find something. If anyone takes this all from us I don’t think any shareholder will rest until there’s many orange jumpsuits being worn.  Maybe some actions should be looked into. Maybe that call should be made. Just a gut feeling but it’s getting stronger. Are we the frog in the pot of water just watching this happen as it boils?
