"If JB was still running LBSR would we have a deal to start drilling? Do you believe JB had 10 million dollars promise to start a drilling program?"

The subject is now whether or not we would be better of under JB.  He's been gone for nearly two years.  We have to deal with the present.  And present circumstances mean that we are not better off under BG during the hottest market for mining in decades. 

We need a new CEO, in my opinion, and I don't care if it is JB, or not, so long as he has some major position in the company along with a new Board of Directors people by more appropiately qualified persons than we have now.
