Leads me to believe that BG is an incompetant, ignorant (or something much more nefarious)(?), leader,TOTALLY.  It should only get much worse under his tutaledge of puppet administration in an ongoing regular routine.  So IMO we can expect much les from his ahhhhhhh, leadership(?) !
