OK People - here is some information to be considered and remembered.

Taking zakkat123's advice, I e-mailed Tracy - asked her how many of the eight entities LBSR is 'actively engaged with' were US-based.  Only one is - the one who made the site visit recently.

Tracy, nor anyone else in LBSR management, will be answering questions on this, or any other, message board.  She does, however, on behalf of LBSR, post to, and respond to questions on, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.  Now, I don't do any of those three - too much invasion of privacy as far as I am concerned - and basically don't consider them to be for any different purpose than a message board.  But if you e-mail Tracy, or call her, or post a question to her on FB, LI, or T, you will probably get a response.

That policy, by the way, is basically a 'best practice' corporate policy.  It is best for corporate management to stay above the banter that generally permeates these boards.  You can see the wisdom in that policy if you remember BG's response to VP's questions here many months ago.  I'm sure many of us think there are other 'best practice' corporate policies that LBSR does not follow.

I also asked why BG refused to communicate with shareholders, with my view of communication being how JB used to communicate with us.  She was sort of taken aback by the question - said that they issue updates pretty regularly, and his name is on each one, and that she frequently checks with him in answering shareholder questions.

While that certainly didn't win BG any points with me - well, it is what it is.  Each person flies by the seat of their own pants.  JB communicated one way; BG does it differently.  Tracy is certainly better than a regular corporation's PR people.

Without further comment, here are two more paragraphs of her response:

"The gold prospect area is Red Rock Canyon. We did not possess the full MEP package we need to exploit Red Rock Canyon prior to 2019. The MEPs in process now are required to assure full access to Red Rock Canyon and all other mineral properties at Hay Mountain.  We have 5 MEPs in process right now; two to provide additional direct access to Red Rock Canyon and expanded surface access for operations there, two to provide direct access to Target 1 from the Southwest and one to provide direct access to Target 1 from the Northeast.  When these five MEPs are approved, there will be no need to cross any private land to easily access any of our mineral properties from any direction."

"When we say we have “access” it means we can get all needed equipment to and from any drill site on our mineral properties, from and to any available public transportation corridor (i.e. US 80 and Davis Rd), after meeting certain permit requirements prior to any surface disturbance on the MEPs."
