"Just a Thought? Of Possible JV Partner in the Making?"

Sorry I can't buy that.  The trading action does not rise to that level.  In such a situation I would be expecting slowly rising prices with steadily increasing volumes.  In this regard, LBSR's market looks highly erratic, for now anyway.   One possible explanation I can offer is recent strings of anonymous Tweets pumping the stock.  I even saw a couple mentioning different cities (Atlanta was one) where "intense" negotiations were reported to be underway.  The saddest part is that many people fall for such crap.   

Still, it creates trading opportunities for the astute, and sometimes for shady insiders too. 

Speaking of volumes, I just checked, and at this moment bid and ask volumes have dried to nearly nothing.  That could change, we shall see.
