1. The theory that project access was an obstacle to concluding a deal.

2. The theory that copper prices were an obstacle to a deal.

3. The theory BG has what it takes to make a deal.

I never bought the travel restrictions theory . . . . . maybe another theory about an ubresolved issue will be run up the flagpole.
