That is absolutely correct, especially given that the last two most important news bits were SRK Consulting recommending drilling and the approval of one key exploration claim approval of nearly a year ago. 

As you mentioned lawsuits, who would enter a partnership with LBSR when JB is still has a suit against the company for unlawful termination? 

Otherwise, I would recommend thinking twice before buying into falling volume as the price trends higher.  JMHO
