You may not have noticed who Biden's pick is to lead the Department of the Interior.  She is likely to do very much more damage to the mining industry than happened under the O'bama administration. 

Otherwise, and in my opinion, Hay Mountain should be capable of supplying vast amounts of copper and other metals more cheaply than competing projects in Arizona or elsewhere in the U.S.  I will not believe it to be impacted by rising supplies from other sources.  And how can it be without drilling anyway?
